Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting while mitigating compliance risks.
- Improve and maintain accounting systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audits and inspections.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
- Train and mentor finance team members to uphold best practices in financial reporting and compliance.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and industry trends to ensure organizational adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations (Indonesian tax knowledge is advantageous).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Experience in leading audits, managing compliance, and improving financial processes.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with multi-currency reporting and consolidation is a strong advantage.
