Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
- Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory reporting as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity across departments.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- High ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
