Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to support financial planning and business operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in full-set accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
