Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize property performance, increase occupancy rates, and enhance tenant retention.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of property managers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards across all properties.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain property infrastructure and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to develop effective strategies for property promotion and tenant acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple properties and driving operational excellence.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in Bali.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
