Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of building systems to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventories.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with property management teams to enhance tenant satisfaction and facility operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with building automation systems and energy management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid certification in building maintenance or engineering (e.g., LEED, CFM) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
