Responsibility
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue for luxury properties in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and tenant demands in high-end real estate.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and terms with tenants, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Oversee property viewings, tenant screenings, and move-in/move-out processes to maintain seamless operations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Monitor lease performance, analyze financial reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, property laws, and company standards in all leasing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing management, preferably in luxury residential or commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving occupancy targets and revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in property management software, CRM tools, and financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s real estate market, including local regulations and cultural nuances.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously.
