Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial and residential properties, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure all facilities meet premium standards.
- Liaise with tenants, investors, and stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and performance analyses for property portfolios.
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant contracts in alignment with market trends and company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through digital and traditional channels, enhancing visibility and appeal.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitive pricing, and investment opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, real estate operations, or a similar role, preferably in luxury or commercial sectors.
- Strong understanding of property laws, lease agreements, and financial management in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality service and resolving conflicts effectively.
