Responsibility
- Develop and execute retail leasing strategies to attract premium tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify leasing opportunities and pricing benchmarks.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, renewals, and rent adjustments with tenants.
- Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction to drive retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available spaces through targeted campaigns and property tours.
- Monitor financial performance of leases, including rental income, expenses, and ROI, and report to stakeholders.
- Oversee property inspections and compliance with lease terms, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and facilities teams to ensure smooth leasing operations and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or commercial real estate, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and portfolio growth.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to assess leasing viability and ROI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with local market trends, zoning laws, and retail real estate dynamics in Bali.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
