Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the office and retail components of the property, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to uphold structural integrity and aesthetic standards.
- Liaise with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for building operations, safety, and emergency protocols.
- Monitor and manage the building's budget, including operational costs, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain a safe and secure environment for tenants and visitors.
- Prepare and present reports on building performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in building or facility management, preferably in a mixed-use or commercial property.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
