Join Lam Research, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing, as a Senior Manager of Order Fulfillment Management in the vibrant hub of Badung, Bali. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role focused on programme and escalation management within our high-impact supply chain operations.
In this position, you will drive operational excellence by overseeing end-to-end order fulfillment processes, resolving complex escalations, and ensuring seamless coordination between global teams, vendors, and customers. This is not a generalist supervisory role—it demands deep expertise in logistics optimization, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership to maintain Lam Research’s reputation for precision and reliability.

Responsibility
- Lead and optimize order fulfillment processes from receipt to delivery, ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance for global customers.
- Manage escalation resolution for high-priority orders, coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to mitigate delays.
- Develop and implement KPIs and metrics to monitor fulfillment efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to align order demand with supply chain capacity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce lead times and enhance scalability.
- Oversee vendor and 3PL performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Provide strategic input for inventory planning, demand forecasting, and risk management in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Mentor and develop a team of fulfillment specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing supply chains (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage global teams and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in CSCP, CPIM, or PMP are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
