Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality, efficiency, and scalability across healthcare facilities.
- Process Optimization: Identify and execute process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure operational performance and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing operations team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Customer Experience (CX): Champion initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthcare sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in Southeast Asia.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive change, and inspire a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to interpret complex operational challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
