Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to protocols.
- Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team, including medical, administrative, and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and patient care.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and standards.
- Optimize resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to meet clinic demands.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure high-quality diagnostic services and patient satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics for the clinic.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Management, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, with a focus on diagnostic services.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
