Responsibility
- Draft, review, and finalize academic research contracts in collaboration with SingHealth Legal and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with institutional, legal, and ethical standards in all research agreements.
- Coordinate with researchers, academic partners, and legal teams to streamline contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of research agreements, amendments, and renewals.
- Provide administrative support for research grant applications and academic collaborations.
- Monitor contract timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in resolving contractual disputes or discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for research contract management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or academic research support.
- Strong understanding of research ethics, compliance, and legal frameworks in healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare or academic institutions is a plus.
