Join Tripartite Alliance as a Senior Manager/Manager of Programme and Capability Development and lead the transformation of workplace practices through innovative training and development initiatives. Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, you will spearhead the Programme and Capability Development (PCD) team, serving as the cornerstone for resource, content, and capability enhancement within TAFEP (Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices).

Responsibility
- Strategic Programme Leadership: Develop and execute high-impact training and capability-building programmes aligned with TAFEP’s mission to promote fair employment practices.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging, research-backed training materials, workshops, and digital resources for diverse stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government agencies, industry partners, and NGOs to identify gaps and co-create solutions for workforce development.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of trainers, instructional designers, and programme coordinators to deliver excellence.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and ROI of programmes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of e-learning platforms, AI-driven tools, and data analytics to enhance programme scalability and accessibility.
- Policy Advocacy: Represent TAFEP in forums and working groups to influence policies and standards for workplace fairness and capability development.
- Budget Oversight: Manage programme budgets, secure funding, and allocate resources efficiently to maximise impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in programme management, training & development, or capability building, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws, workplace fairness, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), and adult learning principles.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organisational change.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and policymakers.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Moodle), and data analysis software.
- Cultural Agility: Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and adapt programmes to local and regional contexts.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in Project Management (PMP), HR (SHRM/HRCI), or Instructional Design are a plus.
