Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and talent development strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in learning and development to ensure innovative and relevant training solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participation, and outcomes for reporting and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze training data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Certifications in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable.
