Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and talent development strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in learning and development to ensure innovative and relevant training solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participation, and outcomes for reporting and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze training data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Certifications in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable.
