Responsibility
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
- Monitor and assess children's developmental progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and behavior.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (DECCE, DPT, CPT, or equivalent).
- Certification in L1, L2, EY1, or EY2 levels.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
