Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily administrative operations of the Allied Health Division to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop, monitor, and control departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with clinical leads to plan, execute, and evaluate departmental programs and strategic initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and implement workflow improvements to optimize service delivery and resource allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership regarding divisional performance and KPI tracking.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the Allied Health division and external stakeholders, vendors, and support departments.
- Ensure full compliance with institutional policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably within an acute hospital setting.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budget management and resource planning.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable operational strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and standard office productivity suites.
