Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategies aligned with business goals and employee growth needs.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, talent assessment, and succession planning.
- Design and deliver leadership training programs to enhance managerial and executive capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted upskilling/reskilling programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Measure and analyze the impact of L&D programs using KPIs, ROI, and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate learning solutions that support talent retention and organizational agility.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in HR technology, e-learning, and organizational psychology to innovate best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR leadership roles.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable L&D programs in a corporate or retail environment.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and change management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, LMS platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
- Certifications in SHRM, CIPD, or similar HR/OD credentials are a plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
