Responsibility

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and filing systems.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and leave management.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations in all HR-related activities.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely, professional support on HR matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
