Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for multi-store operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to employees and managers to drive productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies in all HR-related activities.
- Utilize Mandarin language skills to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee management.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, or payroll software is a plus.
- Experience in the retail, hospitality, or service industry is highly advantageous.
