Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, leave balances, and other relevant data.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist in organizing and documenting performance reviews and employee evaluations.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and HR reporting.
- Provide support for employee relations and internal communications as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR support, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
