Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee files with confidentiality and precision.
- Monitor timekeeping systems and ensure accurate tracking of attendance, overtime, and leaves.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a similar role.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, or local equivalents).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in the Philippines (or willingness to adapt to Indonesian standards).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
