Responsibility
- Develop and implement performance management systems to align employee goals with company objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with department heads to address performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR-related processes.
- Drive employee satisfaction surveys and act on feedback to improve workplace conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on performance and talent development.
- Proven track record in designing and executing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with HRIS and performance management tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel if required.
