Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with global HR policies and local regulations.
- Provide strategic HR advisory to business partners, offering data-driven insights to enhance workforce planning and employee engagement.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of global HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption across departments.
- Develop and maintain HR process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and training materials to standardize best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations, reduce inefficiencies, and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Act as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, resolving complex issues and escalating as needed.
- Drive employee experience initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on employee lifecycle management or HR systems.
- Proven expertise in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of global HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements in a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement projects and drive operational efficiency.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
