Responsibility
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time using the Adrenalin HRMS System, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and tax calculations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies in payroll processing.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits.
- Generate and distribute pay slips, reports, and financial summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams to reconcile payroll data with general ledger entries.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and tax deductions with professionalism and clarity.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for audits and management analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably using Adrenalin HRMS or similar HRIS.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and payroll compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Time management skills to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
