Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates for various roles.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Leverage digital platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates) to optimize processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in an international or academic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia (a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
