Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates for various roles.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Leverage digital platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates) to optimize processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in an international or academic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
