Responsibility

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies related to employee benefits.
  • Manage vendor relationships with insurance providers, pension funds, and other benefits partners.
  • Educate employees on their benefits options through onboarding sessions, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
  • Process and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits enrollment, claims, and eligibility.
  • Analyze benefits data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to budget for benefits programs and forecast future costs.
  • Prepare and distribute benefits communications, including policy updates and annual enrollment materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employee benefits regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess benefits programs and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and benefits management software.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or benefits administration is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
