Responsibility
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for Infrastructure roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to Infrastructure teams, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, contracts, and performance documentation.
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting to track key metrics like retention, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech, multinational, or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
