Responsibility

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) and data analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
