Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR information system
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding company policies
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as required by management
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Passion for coffee and the specialty coffee industry is a plus
