Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support the HR team in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and update HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all HR-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
