Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR best practices, compliance, and workplace safety.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
