Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, and managing onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Help organize and document company policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Manage general affairs tasks, including office supply procurement and facility coordination.
- Participate in HR-related projects and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and management reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
