Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and open communication channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance within the Philippines or Southeast Asian labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage diverse workplace situations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus but not required.
