Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation in compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance within the Philippines or Southeast Asian labor laws.
