Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and civil service regulations.
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent for critical roles.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and government HR directives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disputes, and workplace conflicts with fairness and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Proven expertise in HR policy development, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and civil service regulations.
