Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and employee integration.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements and benefits management.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain HR records and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company standards.
- Support performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career progression planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
