Responsibility

  • Lead and manage HR service delivery operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and policies.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR technology solutions and process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalated HR inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align HR services with business objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive experience across all HR touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on global HR best practices and local labor laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR service delivery, shared services, or HR operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and other HR technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CIPD) are highly advantageous.
