Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier local and international talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication across all levels.
- Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, work permits (KITAS), and foreign worker regulations, mitigating organizational risk.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems, career development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- HR Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal requirements.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs to attract and retain high-caliber professionals.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate L&D programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR management, with a track record in recruitment, compliance, and employee relations (preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia).
- Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, expat work permits, and BPJS regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead HR teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at resolving complex HR issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or local platforms).
- Cultural Agility: Ability to thrive in multicultural environments and adapt HR practices to diverse teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous.
