Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- HR Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, contracts, and compliance with local labor laws, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance review systems, career development plans, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to upskill employees and enhance organizational capabilities.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, retention, hiring time) to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Workplace Culture: Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and initiatives to boost morale and company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Labor Law Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with payroll software is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills to address HR challenges effectively.
