Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives and drive business growth.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to ensure the company attracts and retains high-performing employees.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
- Advise and coach managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace relations to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee employee engagement programs, including surveys, recognition initiatives, and wellness activities to boost morale and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and Bosch’s global HR standards, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the learning and development team to create training programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) and data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
