Responsibility
- Talent Management Leadership: Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals in the logistics industry.
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Oversight: Develop and administer competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive schemes aligned with market trends and company goals.
- HR Data & Analytics: Utilize HRIS and data management tools to generate actionable insights, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
- Labor Relations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards while managing employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Process Optimization: Streamline HR workflows, from payroll to performance management, to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that boost morale, productivity, and long-term employee satisfaction.
- Change Management: Lead HR-related transformations, including system implementations, policy updates, and organizational restructuring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or multinational environments.
- C&B Expertise: Hands-on experience in designing and managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll systems.
- Labor Relations Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (or willingness to adapt) and experience handling employee relations, disputes, and compliance audits.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday), Excel, and data visualization tools to analyze HR metrics and present insights.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to mentor HR teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and strategic thinker with a track record of resolving complex HR challenges.
