Responsibility
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to TikTokās R&D and Engineering leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity in a remote work environment.
- Provide coaching and conflict resolution support to managers and employees, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts to scale engineering teams efficiently.
- Partner with Recruitment and L&D teams to attract, onboard, and upskill top-tier engineering talent.
- Analyze HR metrics and data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and TikTokās global HR policies for remote employees in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Masterās degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in tech, engineering, or R&D environments.
- Proven track record in talent development, organizational design, and change management.
- Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and cross-cultural team collaboration.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and international HR compliance is a plus.
