Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end work pass applications (e.g., Employment Pass, S Pass) for local and expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and align with company objectives.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including contracts, leave records, and performance evaluations.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and implement development initiatives.
- Stay updated on local labor laws and company policies to ensure HR practices are compliant and effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in work pass processing, training coordination, or recruitment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and work permit regulations is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Experience in the manufacturing or marine industry is advantageous but not required.
