Responsibility
- Partner with business unit leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business growth.
- Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation to ensure a fair and productive workplace.
- Design and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, such as training, career pathing, and recognition systems.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and advising on legal HR matters.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Facilitate change management processes, including restructuring, mergers, or cultural transformations, with a focus on smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to standardize processes, leverage technology, and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or Generalist role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to deliver HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
