Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of Organization Development (OD) strategies to enhance workplace productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee HR Planning & Recruitment, including workforce forecasting, talent sourcing, and hiring processes to meet business needs.
- Develop and execute Training & Development programs to upskill employees, align competencies with role requirements, and foster career progression.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions (e.g., workshops, e-learning, mentorship).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs through KPIs, employee feedback, and performance metrics.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical HR practices in all development activities.
- Mentor and coach HR team members to build a high-performing people development function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or Organizational Development, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in designing training programs, recruitment strategies, and OD interventions.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, or talent assessment tools (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, Moodle).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for HR decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
