Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Policy Implementation: Support the rollout and enforcement of company HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Employee Retention: Develop and execute strategies to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, including recognition programs and career development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Assist in the design and administration of performance appraisal systems to align employee goals with organizational objectives.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including contracts, attendance, and employee files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in workplace disputes, providing fair and constructive solutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- HR Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, hiring trends, and employee performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction, engineering, or a related industry.
- HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to develop practical solutions to HR challenges.
