As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will bridge the gap between management and employees, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives. Your work will directly impact employee retention, operational efficiency, and organizational growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing staff.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration, liaising with finance and external providers as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and attendance logs.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, from job postings to interview coordination and candidate evaluations.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR best practices to enhance workplace productivity and morale.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and familiarity with Indonesian employment regulations (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
