Responsibility
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payroll in a timely and precise manner, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Generate and distribute HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compensation analysis.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of HRIS software to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and provide technical support to HR team members.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and reconciliations of HRIS and payroll data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and input data for HR metrics and analytics.
- Stay updated on HRIS trends, best practices, and compliance requirements to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS administration, payroll processing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and payroll systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
