Responsibility

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process payroll in a timely and precise manner, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Generate and distribute HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compensation analysis.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of HRIS software to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and provide technical support to HR team members.
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and reconciliations of HRIS and payroll data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and input data for HR metrics and analytics.
  • Stay updated on HRIS trends, best practices, and compliance requirements to recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS administration, payroll processing, or a similar role.
