Responsibility
- Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions to employees, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career goals.
- Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions on topics such as resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Create and curate career development resources, including guides, templates, and online tools, to support employees in their career journeys.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify career development opportunities and align them with organizational goals.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate employees' skills, interests, and career aspirations, and provide actionable feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide relevant and timely career advice.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of career development programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of learning and development by promoting career growth initiatives and encouraging employee participation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in career counseling, coaching, or a related role, with a strong understanding of career development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or presentations.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources, such as personality assessments, skills inventories, and job search platforms.
