Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs in line with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and company events.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional HR support.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role (preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
